On this menu, one can right-click and perform operations on these bookmarks. However, trying to remove the bookmark will not delete it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add several pages to the bookmark bar, until they're hidden. 2. Click on the button that shows the hidden bookmarks. 3. Right-click it and choose to remove one of them. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: The bookmark should be removed from the bookmark bar.
Please try safe mode, since this can easily be caused by a not compatible add-on. http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode
Quite odd. I booted in safe mode, and the previously irremovable bookmarks could now be removed. The weird thing is that after booting normally again, they could be removed again. I suppose it was just some random one-time occurrence. I'll mark the bug as invalid then.
