Since the admin tools don't let you modify the block dates and the block dates that already exist are different from the list view vs. details view, we need to update all of the dates as follows:

1. Check the blocklisted date for <BlocklistItem: [e-mail]: 2.1 - 3.3> 

2. Check the blocked date in its detail page (https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/i1)

expected behavior:
The blocked date on both places is the same and is set to 2010-08-11

actual behavior:
blocked date on /blocked page is 2010-08-11
blocked date on its detail page is Blocked on December 18, 2007.
