I'm not sure how this happened, but at least 04, 40, and 41 are missing. This is a new batch, so AFAIK we have a continuous sequence and it should be pretty easy to see what's missing.
Perhaps 4 was never added because it wasn't ever functional? Or it was requested that it was removed? And they only went up to 39. I've added those three to nagios.
