I think you need to add UI to enable or disable some parts of hardware acceleration (eg Direct2D, layers acceleration, WebGL) regardless of other components of hardware acceleration in standart Settings window.

Reproducible: Always
Most of these things are interrelated, and can't be independently toggled. And, in any case, we wouldn't expose complicated UI for doing so.
