Steps:
1. Create an email campaign
2. Click "OK Send Emails"

Expected:
The campaign is emailed and an indication the campaign was sent off.

Actual:
The campaign is correctly sent via email however the page does not indicate the campaign was successful (see attachment), the console exposes the 500 error:
