User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0

For some Arabic fonts, there is an undesired space after every Arabic letter. Maybe that's because of the vowels; vowels consume no space in vowelized Arabic, the just appear on other letters. But it looks like that vowels are consuming extra space which causes letters to be disconnected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Firefox 4.0
2. Visit "http://www.multimediaquran.com/quran/arabic/grammar/perfect.html"
3. Compare the text in the page in another browser
Actual Results:
Letters are displayed disconnected.

Expected Results:
Letters must have been connected.

This problem may appear to be the same with "Bug 635639" (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=635639). But the status of that bug is "RESOLVED FIXED", and this bug is not fixed, it is still on. I'm currently experiencing this bug.
This is fixed, as noted in bug 635639, but the fix was not included in the 4.0 release. You can get a newer build from the Aurora or Nightly release channels to resolve the problem.
