65051 - file installation UI should be part of normal installer UI

I never really understood why when pressing Install you're presented with 
another UI than when you make all kind of choices in the installation.
So this bug is about the file installation part of the installer should be 
inside the normal installer.

To reproduce:
start installer and guide yourself all the way to Install. Now this is all down 
inside what I refer to a the installer. But when you press Install the 
installer seems to go a way and a new window saying preparing setup comes up, 
after this the file installation window comes up and the actual file copying 
takes place. Why not do all this inside the installer UI.

The original download dialog was a 3rd party code which we had no control over.
 When we started using our own download code, the UI was suggested by our UI
person, German Bauer.

I don't know who the new UI person is that can help with this these days.

very unlikely we will change until a major rewrite, which is uncertain at this point

Seamonkey and Firefox are using a new NSIS based installer. resolving this old bug, please reopen if you still get this with the new installer
