650544 - Add ability to CC myself straight from bugmail

I follow some components with tons of mail, most of which I ignore. But I scan it to check if I do need to need to follow any bugs more closely. When I see an important bug, I want to CC myself to it.

My current process is 4 steps:

open the page in a new tab
switch to the tab
click 'save changes'
close tab

I'd love to reduce this to a simple 'CC me' link.

  There are some extensions that will help you do this sort of thing straight from Thunderbird right now, FYI.

  We could think about ways to simplify this sort of workflow, though. We might want to do something more far-reaching and broadly applicable than just allowing people to CC themselves, though. (We try to avoid adding stuff to bugmail unless it's going to be *very* broadly useful.)

IMO, this is WFM in favor of replying to the email with email_in.pl enabled.

In a different bug, I suggested allowing users to specify the template for their own bugmail. How does that sound?
