possibility to get warnings about missing styles

It could be really cool for us webdeveloper if mozilla somehow gave me a
possibility to report to the console about missing styles.
Lets say you have <span class="nothere">text</span> and the class "notthere"
didn't exist.
Mozilla could with a hidden pref say to the console:
warning: style "notthere" was not found
Henrik, I would like to have this kind of messages on the console. Just to check
if all used styles are found and not misspelled in a way. For Editors right?
[RFE] in the summary, to make clear that this bug is about an enhancement?

This is a duplicate assuming that you note in the bug what feature you would
like to see. Verifying.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
I made numerous comments in bug 6211 on why this feature should not be
implemented -- I think it would be harmful for the web. See my comments
dated 2000-01-12 through 2000-01-14.
