the reload and home buttons I have on my navigation bar moved from the left side of the bar to the right.
Download statusbar and greasemonkey moved from the add-on bar to the navigation bar.  Also the add-on bar buttons are now left justified.  I used to be able to position them on the right.

Reproducible: Didn't try




This was caused by upgrading from 4.0 to 4.0.1.
Attempting to reproduce it is more pain than I am willing to go through.
