Open this URl http://www.dreye.com.cn/ews/primeval--01--.html
you will notice a sound icon next to the phonetic symbol, right click it, you will find out it's a flash element, but when you left click it ,nothing happens. Now switch to Chrome (or any other web browser) and do the same, this icon can actually make sounds.

Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0a1) Gecko/20110417 Firefox/6.0a1

The sound icon next to the phonetic symbol does not play when clicking on it.
