I'm rarely fixing up requestees of review requests, or am very sluggish about doing so, 'cause it's adding me as requester, which I'm not. Bug 376061 says that was fixed if I'm the requestee, not sure if that matches my experience on bmo. Anyway, it's not going far enough, in particular if we take mentors into the picture that would like to jump in and fix our review queue lag. I really see no scenario where the requester should change based on changing the requestee.
