Thank you for your submission!

This was all from an attempt to file the following submission re: version 4.0...

Your newest update is horrible. PLEASE revert back to your previous design: ADDRESS BAR @ the top, TABS directly above the display. And put the status bar back, too! Also, FLEXIBLE SPACES no longer work. I cannot even customize it properly.
Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

Tim, you'll forgive me please... But it was so unbelievably frustrating, that I un-installed Firefox-6 and have NO PLANS on going back for quite some time. It was INFURIATING. My web browser is to help me navigate the web quickly. When all buttons are collapsed down into a single place, a dyslexic has a much more difficult time navigating--another reason I hate iPhone menus. (I'm a bartender, and the best analogy I can offer is that it's like stacking all my liquor in the same space. Spread out and customizable is better.) I also don't think it's logical for the tools-tweak screen to be popping up in a tab: tabs are for web-browsing--but that I can deal with. In any case, until I hear that the design has been tweaked more toward the 3.6 modality, I have no reason to upgrade. If I wanted a browser that worked like Chrome, I'd install Google Chrome.

Thank you for your time. And I'm sorry I can't be of further assistance.
Sc'Eric, you seem to be frustrated, but let me offer you some relief.

If you create a new profile, you will get it to work fine as everything will in its Fx4 default state. Just don't use an older theme in Add-on Manager. Its also actually easy to customize, Just go to Fx Menu and Options, check Menu Bar, Uncheck tabs on Top, Check Addon-bar. There is no tools tweak screen that I can think of. Addon Bar can also take flex spaces just like the Navigation Bar.

You can move anything wherever you like.. its more customizable for people like you.
