Installed Firefox Nightly 6.0a1 (14-09-2011) under Program Files (x86)/Nightly directory.
Firefox 4 final is installed in a different directory.
Adblock Plus 1.3.7a.2973 is the only compatible addon installed under Firefox Nightly 6.0a1

On opening websites like www.google.com/ncr, www.winbeta.org, www.neowin.net or opening photos shown in wall of www.facebook.com the below is observed;
1) The webpage loads half-way and hangs. Scrolling does not respond.
2) On shifting the focus to some other tab and coming back to problematic tab, the webpage loads a bit further and is still unresponsive.
3) On shifting the focus again to another tab and coming back, the webpage responds to scroll. The page is displayed completely.

The issue was not observed till 14th April build.

The webpage does not load competely. Webpage does not respond to user inputs like scrolling.

Expected Results:  
Webpage should load and respond to user inputs.

Issue not seen in 14-04-2011 build.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

The issue is not seen under the below circumstance
- In safe mode with no addons enabled

The issue is seen under
- Normal mode
- Normal mode with adblock plus disabled (which is the only addon installed)

I still have to try with new profile as suggested.
What ABP Version did you test against?
Arrg disregard that one, you mentioned it in Comment 0 :-)
Did you report the Issue yet?

I deleted the old profile and created a new one. I am unable to hit the issue now.
