When we're at the tip of a live stream, it would be nice to hide the time indicator thumb.

The approach took by https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=619752 has been to remove the duration from the view, avoiding the duplication of information.
It will probably be possible to seek back in a live stream in a close future (or is it already possible ?), so I guess the thumb should remain accessible. Other plans for the video controls can be found in the wiki : https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Projects/Video_Controls
