65135 - Filtering criteria specified in Address Book card/contact

This bug is being logged to track a potential feature addition/improvement which
has been specified in an internal planning document(s) for our next (commercial)
release.

Suggestion is to add a tab to the card view in address book which would allow
some simple filtering functions such as:
    * Move messages from this person to folder
    * Delete messages from this person
    * Forward messages from this person to <[e-mail]>

FYI: I don't see an existing bug exactly as the suggestions are written, but
here are some bugs which relate to address filtering: 34340, 34342, 62687

sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.
