Agreed, makes no sense, it might if someone gets the Chinese character
coding from http://www.mozilla.org/projects/l10n/mlp_status.html#contrib
(if anyone happens to be bored in the future...)
verified invalid. There isn't enough here to go on, and the report as such in
addition seems to be truncated.

Reporter: If you are japanese, you may wish to try
http://bugzilla.mozilla.gr.jp/ instead. I don't know about any other non-english
Bugzillas for Mozilla though, sorry.
