Expected:
1. The homepage loads successfully 
2. The percentage # present for each platform and locale is appropriate as per the total messages #

Actual:
There is no percentage # for Platform and Locale

This is reproducible only on the first page.
If the Older Messages » button the percentage values appears.

dave, has a patch landed for this? It appears that Platform and Locale percentages have returned on stage.

Bumping to resolved/fixed. Thanks dave for looking into this. It appears that this was incidentally fixed.

QA verified. Percentages are correctly being calculated for Platform and Locale. Removing the xfail on the failing test.
