Details

Every time I go to test something and realize that answervotes require a page load I get the rage. This time I'm actually filing it: voting helpful/not-helpful on an answer should progressively enhance to use ajax. (non-JS can still reload the page)

Verified that page no longer loads during helpful/unhelpful vote, page does reload and function works with JS disabled.
