I notice that the same problem appears on OS X under both Firefox 3.6 and Safari.

This is a poorly-implemented page design, where the box containing "Prijavi se" has been given a fixed width (75px) in the CSS; this may or may not be quite wide enough for the text, depending on the exact fonts the browser ends up using. In Windows, font metrics differ between GDI and DWrite layout, so the result may depend which rendering path is used.

Authors should not make such fragile assumptions about the precise pixel dimensions of text, because fonts vary depending on user preferences, availability on the platform, etc.
