When quitting Firefox (shutdown), any opened workspaces should be saved and re-opened upon browser restart. Ideally, restoring the settings of menus (context) and titlebar+underlying file location.

We probably don't want to automatically save a workspace to the file on shutdown. A user could consider that loss of data if the version in the workspace editor wasn't intended to be saved over the original save.
