[RFE] To be able to create new bookmarks in submenus

In netscape 4.* you could file a bookmark under a certain submenu (i.e
bookmarking slashdot you could file it under "Geek sites" or something). but in
mozilla, the only way to sort your bookmarks is to edit them. I think it should
be posible to add them somewhere using the menu on the main interface.

This feature would actually be really cool. The problem is how we would
implement it. Maybe a "Add <page name here> to <folder name here>" menuitem?
What do you people thing about it?
