Two suggestions for the URL redirect message. 1) https://support.allizom.org/en-US/forum/4 2) see new redirect message Suggest a) 'A URL has changed!'-> 'The URL has changed!' b) 'https://support.allizom.org/en-US/forums/off-topic' -> make this URL a link
Re b: I kind of made it not a link on purpose, to rather sternly encourage people to update their bookmarks.
