Could you allow slaves to communicate to http://build.mozilla.org/preproduction-clobberer/ which is on dm-wwwbuild01 in /var/www/html/build/preproduction-clobberer direcotry. Copying configs for staging clobberer should be OK.
This looks like it's asking for LDAP creds.  Rail, can you specify what slaves need access and how you're expecting to handle authorization?  I'm bumping this up to ServerOps for coordination and the change.

The apache configs on build.m.o allow machines in the build network to connect without LDAP. The same configs need to be copied over to apply to the new preproduction clobberer
