There are *lots* logfiles under /var/log/httpd/build.mozilla.org - stretching all the way back to 2009. Those should probably be logrotate.d'd?

To be clear, /var/log/httpd/build.mozilla.org is a directory that contains *far* more logfiles than it should, so those are the files that should be rotated.

Sorry - *when*: let's say these should be saved for 2 weeks, although the time range is not particularly important. In general we're tailing them, rather than doing archeology.

I removed all the logs older than 14 days (they are in a backup location just-in-case, but I'll delete them in the next weeks if I don't hear any complaints), and restructured the logs:
- in /var/log/httpd/build.mozilla.org/, access.log and error.log are now the log files where apache writes to
- I created a logrotate script that compresses the logs once a day and keeps them for 14 days before rotating them.
