This has happened to me on several pages, But I only have one specific URL at
this point.

http://www.w3schools.com/wap/wap_demo.asp

A giant image of cell phones overwrote the top of the page, this happend after
tha page had loaded.

That's because it is using proprietary scripts (document.all).  If you'll
notice, it doesn't show up properly in NS4 either.  Recommend INVALID.
document.all => evangelism, reporter please help us evangelize against 
document.all

There's a pic of a phone on the page, but it has the same size in MSIE as in

the wap demo contains a message that it requires IE 5.0
attempting to run the demo gives 
Error: fileselect is not defined
when attempting to select a wap file.
The page calls the function "fileselect" written in VBScript

Did anyone ever contact the W3Schools folks about this? It's still a problem, though I'm not sure if it's really relevant :-p
The picture is off to the side for me - where it should be.

Yeah, this looks FIXED in a recent Camino nightly, too. At least, I can use it the way I think it's intended to be used and I don't see anything like comment 0 describes.
