I am using the component watch list to watch several components. I have noticed that it does not respect the E-mail preference settings.

For example. I am watching a "Core" component and I have set my E-mail preferences so that I do not receive E-mails when "The CC field changes". However I still get them.

I am not sure if this is intended behaviour. But if it is then it should probably be rethought since it doesn't make much sense. If it isn't then this is going to prove quite an annoying bug.
