We get a lot of support requests in article discussion forums. Sticky threads with info about where to get help don't seem to work. We'd like to add a prominent message at the top of these forums with an obvious link to the AAQ form.

The message should say:
This forum is a discussion about improving the "%Article Name%"article. If you'd like to participate, please register here (link to: /users/register).

If you need help with Firefox, please ask a question here ("ask a question here" should be a button linked to /questions/new)

The localized discussion forum should have a different wording as it is not design to improve the article background.
Note: I don't know if it has an interest and may be it should removed (other bug?)

Verified new article discussion header, with links to registration dependent on logged in/out status, and the link to AAQ
