All of the puppet configs should be equivalent except for node definitions. This is probably not responsible for bug 652540, but who knows.

rail, this looks like a change was made to some of the site.pp files, but not all of them, and it has to do with stage. Was this related to the need to have two passwords now? Is it something you can fix?
