Leftover issue from bug 57938

When a message is filtered from IMAP inbox to a local folder when IMAP delete
model/"mark as deleted" is set, the message is filtered/moved from the IMAP
inbox but the X'd/marked header does not display in the IMAP inbox until the
next Get Msg or revisit to the IMAP inbox.

Steps to reproduce:
1.  IMAP account is set for IMAP delete model "mark as deleted".  This setting
located at Account Settings|Server panel, "When I delete a message:".
2.  Set up a simple filter for the IMAP account with the action to move filtered
message to a folder in Local Folders.  
3.  Open/login IMAP inbox.
4.  Send your IMAP account a message which will match the filter criteria, get
that message.
    Note the message flashes in the IMAP inbox then disappears.
5.  Go to the Local Folder which the filter destination.
    Note the filtered message is present and readable in the local folder.
6.  Switch back to the IMAP inbox.
    Now the X'd/marked as deleted header for the filtered message is present in
the inbox (will be there until Compact Folder on IMAP inbox).

Actual result:  X'd header for filtered message IMAP-->local doesn't appear
until revisit/2nd Get Msg of IMAP inbox.

Expected:  X'd header should appear (and remain until compact folder) at the
time message is initially received and filtered.

Note:  Filtered messages from IMAP to folder on (same) IMAP server don't exhibit
this problem.
