steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/review/763824?num=6 2. Click on 'View contents' link 3. Click on 'Compare to Public version' link observed behavior: * 'View contents' links to https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/files/browse/116541/1 to instead of https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/files/browse/116541 resulting in a 404 * 'Compare to Public version' still links to remora and loads a blank page Please fix this asap to help QA.

File differ is a 404 for lot of add-ons. Example: https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/files/compare/116556...120518/ or check the 'Compare with public version' link @ https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/review/736491?num=5
