We have a couple of mocks for UI and those mocks probably do not contain exact color specs and they seem to be OS X-specific. There seems to be a desire to create some OS-specific colors/styles for the web UI. This bug is to track that work.

We are going to be doing some user testing soon, and we should wrap up basic code changes by this 4/29. That testing will be done on Windows, so ideally we could have something appropriate for Windows by that time.

We may not be ready to specify OS-specific theme elements by that time, in which case, this bug can just be used to track the general issue.

I believe someone on the UI/UX team needs to work out the styles, and pass them to me to be implemented. Assigning to Bryan right now, but I expect he will re-assign as appropriate.
