Details
Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------------
1. Put a window in front of Firefox, just underneath a bookmark on the bookmark bar or a tab.
2. Move your mouse quickly from above the bookmark or tab to your window.
What should have happened:
---------------------------------------
The bookmark or tab should become un-highlighted in the background when you mouse away from it. (like in Firefox 3.6.16)
What actually happened:
----------------------------------------
The bookmark or tab will stay highlighted in the background and the tooltip will get stuck on screen until you mouse over it to make it disappear.

Behavior reproduced (bookmark/tab stays highlighted and bookmark tooltip gets stuck) with new clean profiles and:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:5.0a2) Gecko/20110425 Firefox/5.0a2
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:6.0a1) Gecko/20110426 Firefox/6.0a1
WFM:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9.2.16) Gecko/20110319 Firefox/3.6.16
Remark: One may need some "training" before one finds the mouse movement speed that reproduces the behavior.
OS: Windows 7 → All
Hardware: x86 → All
Reproducible for me on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0a1) Gecko/20110428 Firefox/6.0a1
Reproducible since Firefox 3.6.16

WFM:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9.2.22) Gecko/20110902 Firefox/3.6.22
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:7.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0a2) Gecko/20110906 Firefox/8.0a2
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:9.0a1) Gecko/20110907 Firefox/9.0a1
Reproduced:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:5.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0.1
The issue isn't reproducible anymore on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:7.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0 beta 4 and on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:9.0a1) Gecko/20110907 Firefox/9.0a1
So this is fixed.
