When saving attachments (or detaching) the dialog box doesn't show Favorites menu in Windows 7.  The File Save As dialogue box, the Attach/Detach doesn't but should.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file with a file attachment
2 [review].File | Attachments | Detach All ..
3.Browse top level items 

Actual Results:  
No Favorites menu available

Expected Results:  
Favorites Menu (Window 7) should be shown as same level as Libraries, Homegroup, <User>, Computer and Network

Does firefox shows the favorite menu whe you try to save files ?
