steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/review/763833?num=6 2. Click on 'Compare with public version' link observed behavior: The link is a 404. We should not try to unzip xml files. Andy says it is a quick fix.

Filed bug 654330. This link is busted in next. But since it is behind a flag, it will continue to load remora in prod(which doesn't work) Marking this verified, since the link is not a 404 anymore.
