If a product has disabled components, the js that auto-updates the assignee, qa, and default CC on the enter_bug form fails to exclude them from the table, causing any components later in the list than the disabled ones to have the wrong default people.
Summary: js for auto-assigning assignee/qa/default-cc on fails to exclude disabled components on enter_bug → js for auto-assigning assignee/qa/default-cc fails to exclude disabled components on enter_bug
IMO the same root cause as bug 653104.
Patch to filter out inactive components in the javascript data responsible for updating default assignee and qa contact.
