I want to propose to add a speed dial feature like Opera, Chrome.

At present, if we open any new tab, a blank page gets displayed.

However, in place of that, previews of sites that have been bookmarked and frequently opened sites should appear which is there in Chrome Browser.

I really like this feature as it is more attractive and fast to access our fav sites as only opening new tab and clicking.

Sounds more like something they would want an extension to implement - in fact there is at least one available - see https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/speed-dial/

But like other features, it must be by default embeded in firefox.

Yeah, Home Tab and New Tab have other project priorities, that may or may not be include such a feature.
