Details

The old sign off view (wrongly called pushes) is crashing if you're not logged in in staff = 'drivers' in user.groups.values_list('name', flat=True).

This should go away with removing that view, as it's the wrong way to do security checks anyway.
This actually depends on ripping out signoff1, aka bug 658680, much more than landing signoff2, make it so.
