The page at http://jaspi.justice.gov.sk/jaspiw1/jaspiw_mini_fr0.htm is using "MS sans serif" font, which is a raster/bitmap font. When zooming the page down (to lower %) this text is not scaled down under some minimum size (probably the font minimum of 8pt).

I think this must already be filed and discussed somewhere but couldn't find it.
