steps to reproduce:
1. Upload an add-on with custom icon and screenshots (https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/ab-mujhe-koi-intezaar-kaha2/edit)
2. Check the add-on detail page (https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ab-mujhe-koi-intezaar-kaha2/)
3. Check that the add-on dashboard uses the 64px version of the custom icon

expected behavior:
add-on dashboard shows the 64px of the custom icon
add-on detail page shows the 32px of the custom icon

observed behavior:
Both 32 and 64px version of the custom icon exist, but are not showing up.
