Details
If you add a My Library by Author A and another of the same name by Author B, the library will notify the user it is assigned, but fail to be added to the tree.

you can now have as many "dupe" libraries from different authors as you'd like. https://github.com/mozilla/FlightDeck/commit/012ecf07bd30e1609bdfde1585a89c69d77cedb8
