ftp://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/latest do not contain the latest releases for win32 and for linux-i686. It contains the last release before instead (e.g. thunderbird-3.1.9 instead of thunderbird-3.1.10)
BTW: the same for ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/latest/linux-i686/de/

Actual Results:  
found outdated version thunderbird-3.1.9, not the latest thunderbird-3.1.10

Expected Results:  
the latestst thunderbird-3.1.10

please check the release tools/scripts to provide the latest thunderbird version for the ftp-repositories too

Sorry, I forgot to do this. Fixed on staging, it'll make it out to mirrors over the next few hours.
