This bug is a bit futsy to reproduce. I initially thought this was the fault of the Bugzilla Extras addon, but myk reproduced with that disabled. Rough STR: Create a bug, and enter a title which causes the "possible duplicates" table to populate. Enter an invalid CC name, add a description, and submit the bug. After you arrive at the error page, go back. Change the CC name (maybe add another invalid one?), change the bug's description, and submit again. Go back. Do this enough times and eventually the bug's description will come up as empty. Also, the possible duplicates table will be missing.
