This is a tracking bug for content localization on a django-based mozilla.org. There's a proposed model that somewhat closely mirrors what mozilla.com does right now, but adds version numbers to localizable content blocks to facilitate identification of outdated translations: http://people.mozilla.com/~fwenzel/files/mozillaorg-l10n/l10n-strawman.png

I think we've figured it out pretty good by now. It looks like we will mostly use .lang files but the l10n blocks are there when we need something more wild.
