A Windows XP debug buildslave recently complained five times that "WindowsError: [Error 13] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process": http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showlog.cgi?log=Firefox/1304111942.1304112185.4184.gz&fulltext=1 This is the first time I recall seeing this, but it's unclear how common it is, because bug 651665 causes the tests on Windows debug buildslaves to hang before they get to the point at which this error can occur most of the time.

Are we still seeing this error? Bug 651665 is still reopened, but I don't know if that's still supposed to be open.
I checked several recent logs, and I don't see this anymore.
