From a bit of history digging the mime/cthander/calendar code hasn't been compiled since about 1999: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvslog.cgi?file=mozilla/mailnews/mime/cthandlers/Makefile.in&rev=HEAD&mark=1.3#1.3 We should just remove it, as we keep on trying to maintain its Makefile.in when it doesn't actually get used...
