From a bit of history digging the mime/cthander/calendar code hasn't been compiled since about 1999:

We should just remove it, as we keep on trying to maintain its Makefile.in when it doesn't actually get used...

Clarified on irc that David meant the cthandlers/calendar directory, and yes it does go away.
