Download from URL erases partial file from a different URL when file names are identical.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download file from http://www.fileserve.com/file/468A8QD/Real.Time.with.Bill.Maher.2011.04.29.HDTV.XviD-FQM.avi
2. interrupt download (e.g. temporary internet failure)
3. download file from http://www.filesonic.com/file/877635471/Real.Time.with.Bill.Maher.2011.04.29.HDTV.XviD-FQM.avi
4. 1st partial download is erased when 2nd download starts

Actual Results:  
1st partial download is: erased when 2nd download starts, and is replaced with 2nd download. Lost 450 MB !

Expected Results:  
1st partial download not erased. 2nd download gets renamed to something slightly different (e.g. appended with _2 )
