"The tutorial section on web content has a more complex example using panels."

This is a documentation bug.
Someone relies on a development guide tutorials which are not included in the import.
I will try to add them to our imported docs

We need to push it to 0.9.5 - there is also one thing which needs to be imported - media files

There is also a need to change the format of docs - it's only full html and md, - no json nor div provided
