Thanks for reply. No Options menu choice on this version or any I have seen for Linux. Nothing for bookmark bar under preferences, nor under bookmarks- that option is checked under View and still no bookmark toolbar. I would imagine that ubuntu mod pack is installed but it does not seem to exist as an option under Synaptic package manager. Looked around support.mozilla did not see anything that helped.
Go into addons manager, uninstall the Ubuntu addon.
