The box that contains the throbber does not have an id in
mail/messengercompose. In navigator it is called "throbber-box". This is
problematic because there is no way to select it via CSS so that I can specify
how to align the throbber. This is screwing me up in the new Ice skin we're
developing.

Although I have never seen the skin in action, I suppose this will fix the bug
(i.e what the summary says).
